Package Manager For Linux
Package Manager software is a visual Slackware packages management utility, written on top of slapt-get.
The application interface is in the style of GSlapt, but, is very modular, and, as part of DARKSTAR's ALICE (Advanced Linux Installation and Configuration Environment), is used by the installer for packages installation objectives.
It is capable, of running from a console, even though it is written entirely in KDE/Qt.
It requires OpenSuSE's hwinfo, slapt-get and HAL/DBus support, and is part of the DARKSTAR Linux Project.
NOTE: The development of the Package Manager is sponsored by the Bluewhite64 Linux Project, http://www.bluewhite64.com.
