吴伟 讲师

吴伟,男,讲师,硕士生导师。生于1985年12月,籍贯四川遂宁。

主要研究方向:

(一)仿生智能纳米药物的设计与研究:通过优化智能响应(如pH、氧化还原、热、光等)作用赋予纳米药物靶向递送及可控释放的性能,以满足其在不同递送阶段(血液循环、靶向聚集、组织滞留及渗透、细胞摄取、胞内药物控释等)相应的物化特性需求,实现高效用、低毒副作用疾病治疗应用研究。

(二)全降解聚合物心脑血管支架的研究:通过全降解聚合物支架的降解控制技术,优化其在体内的降解进程,增加全降解血管支架临床适用性及生物相容性,降低血管支架再狭窄及血栓形成风险,为全降解聚合物心脑血管支架的临床应用研发奠定理论基础。
