Its only now after trying a few OSHC providers out, that i have found my home at Junior adventures group for the last 5 years and have been able to progress up the ladder. I can now provide career paths in education for people that were just like me, trying to rise up but in a company that had no room to grow. I have certainly grown with JAG! Or is your story like Rachel?-"I have worked in this sector for 20+ years (don't want to give away my age!!). I have a diploma in Children's Services and a Diploma in Disability. I have educated children and young adults here in Australia and in Ireland having been an Assistant Educator and Centre Manager in Long Daycare, a Special Needs Teacher in Primary Schools and also an OSHC Director I have found that my passion is in recruiting the right people for the right role! I have been with Junior Adventures Group for almost two years, and have realised the potential I have to use my skills in helping others gain employment. I really do love my job!".
